Ships by LTL Freight Truck. Larger furniture item orders are processed the same day but ship by LTL Freight Truck. LTL Freight delivery will deliver your item palletized, curbside. LTL Freight items typically take 5 to 7 days to pack and get picked up by the freight company and another 5 to 7 days in transit. A delivery appointment will be made with you and a day of arrival call will be made. 

Or upgrade to our White Glove Delivery Service for delivery inside your home and placement in the room of your choice.White Glove Delivery is available for most orders. Some larger and heirloom pieces include White Glove Delivery. For other pieces, White Glove Delivery can be added for an upgraded delivery fee of $325 for most items. White Glove Delivery includes in-home placement in the room of your choice, careful in-home set-up and finishing + debris removal, and delivery appointment scheduling + day-of arrival call. Typical delivery timeframe: 2–6 weeks from order date.
