• Our French Country Farmhouse Islands are custom made to order and can take three to six weeks for production. Once your piece is ready a white-glove  delivery will be scheduled. White-glove delivery requires scheduling for both pickup and delivery which can and several weeks after your custom piece is ready for delivery. Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, we’ll repair, replace, or refund at no cost.
• Photos are required for processing.

Return Shipping 

• We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.
• For all other returns, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges & Refunds

• Refunds issued to your original payment method.
• Exchanges for higher-value pieces require payment of the difference.
