Dedicated expert team: Our delivery specialists are trained to handle each item with artisanal care — from heirloom-quality furniture to statement decorative pieces — treating your purchase like the centerpiece it’s meant to be.

Pre-delivery scheduling & arrival window that meets your schedule: Your delivery will be thoughtfully prescheduled with you to ensure a day and time when you can be home to receive and inspect your piece. On the day of arrival, your delivery team will call approximately 30–60 minutes ahead, offering a gracious notice as your piece makes its way to you.
In-home placement: We don’t just drop it at the door. Our team will gently place your item in the room of your choice, aligned to your space and vision. *Note: One flight of stairs is included. Please call 936.649.2930 for a quote if more you have more than one flight of stairs.
Assembly & setup: If assembly is required, our delivery team will professionally assemble your piece in the room of your choice. Certain elements—such as legs, casters, or select components—may be temporarily removed to ensure safe transport and are carefully reassembled once the piece is thoughtfully placed in your space.
Packaging removal: We respect your home — and your schedule — by removing all packaging materials so you’re left with nothing but beauty.
Timely communication: From scheduling to delivery updates, we keep you in the loop with clear, courteous communication every step of the way.
